SUMMARY:
The Program Assistant will support the administrative functions of the U.S. Elections Project such as contract development and management, invoicing, and travel arrangements. He/she will also support the project's database by performing tasks such as data entry and cleaning as needed. This position will report to the Associate Director, Democracy Program. Due to the travel requirement, Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) will be required. This position is approved for the life of the project (March 31, 2025).

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to The Carter Center on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines. The Carter Center reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to the employee.
