JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provides counseling and psychotherapy to meet the needs of a select population. May provide clinical supervision to psychology and social work interns and to psychiatric residents.
• Serves as a professional resource within the community. Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A doctorate in counseling/clinical psychology and two years of psychological counseling experience. Licensed as a Psychologist or license eligible in Georgia.
• An APA-accredited internship and/or post-doctoral experience focused on cognitive assessment is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• We are looking for a half time supervising psychologist for a 12-month staff psychologist position at the Psychological Center, the training clinic for our doctoral students in the Clinical Science program at Emory.

• Specifically, we are looking for an assessment specialist to teach clinical and cognitive assessment and supervise assessment and therapy. 

• A doctorate in clinical psychology and licensure as a Psychologist in Georgia is required. 

• An APA-accredited internship and/or post-doctoral experience focused on cognitive assessment would be a plus.
