Identifies, contacts, corresponds with and interviews research study participants, either in person, in a clinical setting, at a subject's residence or by telephone to obtain data for an assigned research project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct mental health facility observational assessments at several locations in Georgia
- Enter observational assessment information in Qualtrics database
- Maintain complete and accurate information
- Complete data quality checks
- Provide descriptive data analysis
- Assist with report writing
- Identifies, contacts, corresponds with and interviews research study participants, either in person, in a clinical setting, at a subject's residence or by telephone to obtain data for an assigned research project
- Collects, codes and enters study information into database and may assist in data compilation
- Edits completed interview questionnaires for completeness, legibility and accuracy.
- Obtains missing or questionable data
- Maintains complete and accurate records and files pertaining to one or more research studies
- Performs related responsibilities as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of administrative support, customer service or other relevant experience
- Access to a personal vehicle
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree, (recent graduate of Emory's School of Public Health preferred)
- Data entry experience preferred
NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University location as needed. All biweekly employees must reside within the State of Georgia. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
