We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Operations Management.
The Operations Management team supports all Advancement and Alumni Engagement departments by leading the development and the execution of the annual planning process, the implementation of the strategic plan, and other strategic initiatives in support of the division’s goals. This team leads the development of annual plans and serves as leaders and facilitators of project management and resource allocation throughout the division. With a focus on operational efficiency, fund management, and solution-oriented collaboration, the operations management team develops and ensures that business processes are executed in a consistent manner and that teams have the information and support that they need to do their best work and to ensure alignment with the success of engagement and advancement goals. This position will report to the Executive Director of Operations Management.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
