The current research project is a multisite grant that is focused on predictors of cognitive outcomes in pediatric brain tumor survivors that include clinical risk factors, environmental resources within the home and community, and genetics. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling cognitive and blood draw visits, administering cognitive tests and questionnaires, attention to detail with scoring of test data, and help to maintain data management and quality control procedures. This person should enjoy collaborative team work and demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to help ensure participants have a positive experience. They will have opportunities to present and publish research, if interested. This is a great position for someone who is looking to obtain clinical research experience to prepare them for graduate school or is someone who is interested in obtaining these skills to stay within the lab and advance with leadership in their role as a research coordinator.
The Clinical Research Coordinator handles or assists with the administrative activities generally associated with the conduct of clinical trials.

This position is intended to support clinical research and all clinical training requirements must be tracked and monitored through Emory Healthcare under the credentialing category of Clinical Researcher.
NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
