KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Position Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)

    The Emory Empathetic AI for Health Institute seeks a motivated undergraduate or graduate student to assist with fundraising, donor relations, and strategic engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on experience in fundraising and development tasks, including donor outreach, fundraising strategy development, and event planning,

    Responsibilities:

    • Research funding sources, including foundations and grants.
    • Assist in donor outreach, meetings, and engagement tracking.
    • Support fundraising strategy development and coordination.
    • Maintain fundraising records and prepare reports.
    • Collaborate with the communications team on marketing efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
    • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong research and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and CRM tools preferred
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Experience in fundraising or donor relations is a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in a college or university offering a four-year degree.
  • Completion of freshman year or higher and in good academic standing.

NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
