SUMMARY:
The Carter Center’s Development division is seeking a temporary Assistant Coordinator for the Carter Center Weekend (CCW) program, which supports the annual fundraising event that will take place in June 2025. This role will focus on managing the auction database, cataloging donations, researching, and writing item descriptions, updating entries post-auction, and assisting with the coordination of catalog production and photo shoots. The CCW database is essential for tracking donations and producing auction catalogs, making accuracy and organization critical to the role. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and possesses strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to shift between data entry, creative writing, and research.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to The Carter Center on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines. All non-exempt employees must reside within the state of Georgia.
