The Admissions Data Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the Assistant Director of Operations and Communications, the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, and the Candler community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing, managing, and maintaining the admission office’s database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data is readily accessible, generating reports, and utilizing the database to extract valuable insights and information for strategic and tactical purposes. Furthermore, this position will lead in instructing Candler personnel on the effective use of Slate by Technolutions, a higher education CRM.
Beyond Slate management and instruction, this role will also contribute to the smooth operation of the admissions office by assisting in various tasks. This may include organizing events, coordinating admissions-related communications, supporting applicant interviews or visits, and collaborating with other departments or external partners as necessary.

NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
