A team of researchers in the Departments of Global Health and Epidemiology at Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University has been conducting research aimed at improving prevention, care, and treatment of tuberculosis (TB) including drug-resistant TB, TB/HIV co-infection and latent TB infection, as well as examining the impact of TB on non-communicable diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular health. The group collaborates with partners at other U.S. institutions as well as partners based at international sites in country of Georgia, Philippines, South Africa, Ethiopia, Brazil, and India.
We are seeking a self-motivated, highly-organized part-time Project Coordinator with experience in research project management and enthusiasm for global health work, who will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the quality and project progress of a NIH-funded research project being conducted at an international research site. This position requires up to 20% travel to the international site(s) for monitoring project progress on an annual basis (1-2 week trips, up to twice a year). This position will support the work of Principal Investigators within our team and report directly to the Program Director.
