Emory University’s Department of Medicine is seeking a dynamic and analytical Clinical Business Manager to support the operations of ten clinical divisions within the Department of Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a passion for healthcare quality improvement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Clinical Business Manager will work closely with the Administrator for Grady Operations and Senior Clinical Business Managers to manage operations, financials, and human resources across the department. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare administration, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs.  Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department.
