Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with managing shared calendars for the MBV program, ensuring alignment across faculty, students, alumni, and program supporters for key dates and deadlines.
  • Provide support in scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics for events, and tracking project milestones to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Support outreach efforts to alumni and program supporters by coordinating communications, ensuring follow-ups are timely, and assisting with event prep, including registration and engagement strategies.

Knowledge Management:

  • Help organize and maintain program documentation, ensuring all materials are current and easily accessible.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a common operating picture for the program, ensuring visibility and alignment for faculty, students, alumni, and supporters.
  • This includes tracking ongoing activities, key milestones, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Additionally, ensure that event materials and communication plans are up-to-date to optimize stakeholder engagement and event success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MS Excel experience preferred

NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
