Minimum 8 plus years¿ experience in business analysis and/or project management role within IT, technology, or similar fields.
Minimum 4 plus years¿ experience as a business analyst in software development and/or IT project delivery.
Experience eliciting requirements using techniques such as brainstorming, focus group coordination, interface analysis, interviews, prototyping, requirements workshops.
Proven capability of analyzing stated requirements in order to define the capabilities of a solution that will fulfill stakeholder needs.
Hands on involvement utilizing process modeling tools and techniques (e.g. Visio, LucidChart, BPMS).
IT Project delivery in an Agile development environment including effectively writing user stories and epics, as well as organizing sprints.
Background in developing Quality Assurance Test Plans and executing to that plan, organizing testing efforts, tracking defects, and communicating with stakeholders.
Participation in handling product support for cross functional teams on business and IT adoption issues (e.g., user experience, change management).
Understanding of business case development, estimation, including comfortability in presenting the business case to organization leadership.
Strength in conceptualizing a business or technical solution, leveraging colleagues and partners.
Organizational affiliation and relevant certifications such as IIBA/CBAP/PMI-ACP/CSM are considered a plus.

Experience managing a team of direct reports, including managing performance, effectively utilizing team and individual budgets, maintaining work allocation to specified targets, handling concurrent projects, and organizing pipeline of incoming projects.
Demonstrated aptitude in defining and articulating team and individual goals, and tracking towards those goals.
