Description

Reporting to the Corporate Director, Resource Planning and Leadership Engagement, the Director, Program supports programs, engagements, budgeting, and projects for the Office of the Executive Vice President for Health Affairs. 

 

Event Communications and Ticketing, Leadership Prep

  • Coordinate ticketing and communications for attendees at EVPHA events, including engagement opportunities, such as the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, Tour Championship, and Atlanta Braves
  • Coordinate EHC/EVPHA sponsorships through administrative coordination of payments, distribution of event information/tickets, submission of advertisements, keeping attendee lists (where relevant), etc.
  • Prepare Leadership Briefings on attendees to share in advance of events or engagements.

Corporate Partners Program

  • Supporting Corporate Giving program through tracking of annual sponsors and levels, creating opportunity lists and distributing communications, supporting breakfasts and events, coordinating hospital tours and other benefits.  

Program Support

  • Partner with the Director, Leadership Engagement on Woodruff programs and events for the Office of the EVPHA

Bookkeeping & Progress Monitoring

  • Enter, track, and justify EVPHA/WHSC Program and Operational expenses; ensure necessary approvals.
  • Prepare letters of funding, ensuring compliance with all University policies and approvals.
  • Complete journal transactions for approved expenditures against WHSC/EVPHA/Woodruff Fund budgets

Administrative Support

  • Support with meeting coordination, room reservations, and 
    Edit and review documents for meetings and programs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to program work and seven years of related experience which includes two years at a management level, OR an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs.  Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
