  • This role is responsible for ensuring secure, automated, and compliant identity lifecycle management across employee and non-employee populations while supporting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and scalable access controls.
  • Oversees core identity governance platforms, role-based access automation, access certification programs, and identity data integrations.
  • This role provides people leadership, drives adoption of IAM best practices, and partners closely with IT, Security, HR, Revenue Cycle, and business leaders to embed IAM capabilities into critical enterprise workflows such as Day One Access and non-employee onboarding.
  • This position oversees configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IAM and identity governance platforms to support provisioning, access management, and compliance processes.
  • Directs day-to-day administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of OpenText NetIQ and Saviynt platforms, including workflow configuration, UI customization, and integration testing to support Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM).
  • Partners with operations and application teams to align IAM system capabilities with business requirements while minimizing downtime and maximizing automation efficiency.
  • Monitors system performance metrics (uptime, response times, throughput) and implement proactive enhancements to support scalability and regulatory changes.
  • Directs development and enterprise adoption of identity data systems and identity fabrics that embed IAM capabilities into critical workflows such as Revenue Cycle operations and Day One Access onboarding.
  • Designs and maintain scalable tools, automation frameworks, and APIs to support mass identity movements and third-party system integrations.
  • Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across identity sources, directories, and downstream systems.
  • Leads delivery of advanced role-mining analytics leveraging IAM platforms, specialized commercial tools, and custom analytics to enable efficient Day One Access for new hires and internal transfers.
  • Drives adoption of RBAC models to automate a majority of entitlement provisioning, reducing manual access requests and operational burden.
  • Partners with stakeholders to continuously refine role definitions, entitlement mappings, and access models based on business needs and audit findings.
  • Directs implementation and optimization of access certification methodologies and campaign management tools within IAM systems and related applications.
  • Designs certification workflows that enable managers to efficiently review, validate, and revoke access, reducing over-privileging risk.
  • Facilitates periodic access recertification campaigns for employees and non-employees, including sponsored identities.
  • Monitors certification completion rates, escalate gaps, and enforce SLAs while incorporating feedback to improve usability and effectiveness.
  • Develops dashboards and reporting that provide audit-ready documentation and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Leverages IAM platforms, specialized tools, and custom solutions to support non-employee identity onboarding, access fulfillment, and lifecycle governance.
  • Ensures sponsored and contingent worker accounts are governed appropriately to prevent retention of obsolete or excessive access.
  • Leads, coaches, and develops IAM staff to achieve high levels of performance, engagement, and accountability.
  • Fosters employee engagement through transparent communication, participation in process design, and objective performance evaluation.
  • Conducts performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and document performance issues in accordance with organizational policy.
  • Develops or oversees technical and professional training to strengthen IAM and security competencies.
  • Partners with leadership on budget planning and forecasting to ensure effective and efficient IAM operations.
