The Goizueta Graduate Admissions office is seeking temporary staff to conduct interviews, resume reviews, and read applications for candidates across our portfolio of programs. Goizueta or other top-tier business school alumni are preferred.
- This is a part-time position, long-term, (20 hours or less/week). A 10 hour per week minimum commitment is required.
- Hours are varied and flexible for interviewing and resume reviews, but typically range from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- Application review can take place at any time.
- This is an hourly position and the payrate is $30/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide resume reviews and/or interview prospective candidates for the Goizueta graduate programs including the MBA programs, Master of Business Analytics program, and Master of Analytical Finance program.
- Complete and submit within deadlines, written evaluations of candidates
- Interviews are conducted virtually

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, education or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and be self-motivated with a good attention to detail and the ability to concisely summarize findings in written format.
- Adept in Microsoft Office Suite, and a reliable internet connection are required.
- Goizueta or other top-tier business school alumni are preferred.
- Candidates without an MBA should have a Human Resources/Talent Development background &/or experience in conducting interviews.
NOTE: Tasks related to this position can be performed remotely with only occasional visits to an Emory University location. This position requires you to reside in the State of Georgia.
