JOB DESCRIPTION:
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES:
• May participate in research and data collection pertaining to job assignment.
• Responsible for maintaining necessary credentials for the position.
• Utilize effective time management in organizing workload, prioritizing and accomplishing tasks.
• Assist in development of quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct quality improvement activities as well as performance improvement monitoring and provide feedback to occupational therapists and other staff.
• Participate in development and evaluation of patient education materials.
• Must maintain competency in adult and geriatric occupational therapy.
• Licensed as an occupational therapist in the State of Georgia
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented, adaptable/flexible mindset. Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors, members and care partners.
• Focus on quality and delivering excellent service.
• Resourceful team player with can-do attitude, global mindset and intercultural openness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with participants.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
