    JOB DESCRIPTION: ** For use by Emory Temporary Services only** Manages a project. Coordinates the strategic planning process and monitors progress toward achieving project goals. Assists in developing, administering and monitoring project related budgets. Coordinates logistical arrangements for related conferences, conventions or meetings. May assist in identifying funding resources and in developing funding strategies and initiatives. Develops and generates various operational and statistical reports. Represents and promotes the project at various speaking engagements. May write grants, reports, briefings, newsletters, promotional or other written material related to the project. Performs related responsibilities as required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related project management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.

    Bachelors degree with international logistics meeting experience, including basic budget tracking, processing of travel advances and reimbursements.  Seven years of related project management experience is required Experience with government funded projects, with international NGOs, and project management Positive attitude and outstanding customer service Able to work as part of a team and independently to meet deadlines Able to prioritize tasks to meet required deadlines and ask questions when necessary Able to follow established business processes and templates to ensure efficient completion of work Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail and quality Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills Proficiency in MS Office programs, MS Outlook and Gmail
