    Serves as primary Prospect Management team liaison to assigned units and engages frontline fundraisers in strategic conversations and quantitative and qualitative analysis of their portfolios of prospects. Assists in establishing policies and best practices for the operation of the Office of Prospect Management. Assists in managing student and staff workload and ensures that data entry associated to prospect tracking, portfolio management, and customer request ticketing system are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Manages data integrity for the coding associated with prospect development cycle tracking and applies appropriate data entry for prospect information in development CRM. Creates and analyzes reports for forecasting fundraising and prospect pipeline projections. Analyzes prospect screening data for different units to help identify and assign top prospects. Proactively engages front-line fundraisers in strategy and critical analysis of their portfolios of prospects. Develops and manages a process of prospect identification for development officer travel that includes potential prospects outside of his or her portfolio. Identifies gift and leadership prospects through database mining. Provides analysis of fundraising and engagement activity data to aid in the day-to-day management of chief development officers in the various schools & units and their respective staff. Works on various ad-hoc projects as needed by the Director of Prospect Management. Works closely with division Leadership to manage unit requests and strategic projects. Trains staff including Prospect Management Analysts and serves as a departmental subject matter expert on data analysis, prospect and portfolio management guidelines, policies, and procedures, building CRISP-DM data mining queries, models, reports and dashboards, and the portfolio analysis process. Assists in prospect management training for new fundraising staff. Responds to inquiries and oversees maintenance of related prospect management tools and reports. Attends various meetings and professional activities with or on behalf of the Director of Prospect Management. Represents Prospect Management team at school/unit development meetings including annual planning sessions, strategic planning sessions, and regular meetings. May manage staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in higher education development including experience coordinating a prospect management system, directing activities toward prospect identification, database coordination, system design, report design and production. Strong proficiency with Excel and Access preferred. Knowledge of PL/SQL, Python, R, SPSS, SAS, STATA, Advizor or Tableau desired. Strong customer service and project management skills.
