    JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages a project. Coordinates the strategic planning process and monitors progress toward achieving project goals. Assists in developing, administering and monitoring project related budgets. Coordinates logistical arrangements for related conferences, conventions or meetings. May assist in identifying funding resources and in developing funding strategies and initiatives. Develops and generates various operational and statistical reports. Represents and promotes the project at various speaking engagements. May write grants, reports, briefings, newsletters, promotional or other written material related to the project. Performs related responsibilities as required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related project management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.

    Additional Details

    • Guide public health student affairs functions for 1100 graduate professional students at the Rollins School of Public Health
    • Coordinate the student experience from point of admission to matriculation, including the planning and implementation of New Student Orientation
    • Supervise the community engaged learning programs including the Rollins Clarkston Connection (ClaRC), Coverdell Fellows, Masters International and AmeriCorps Fellows
    • Serve as advisor public health student organizations and student government association
    • Create and facilitate student leadership development and cultural competence training for graduate professional students in public health related to topics around social justice, health disparities and ethical engagement
    • Supervise student workers and advise community engagement instructors
    • Coordinate referrals and resources for RSPH students for mental health and wellness
    • Collaborate with the Student Health Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, and Health Promotion Office under the Division of Campus Life to promote student wellbeing and immunization compliance
    • May serve as the school liaison to Title IX and sit on other relevant Campus Life related committees



    • Master of Public Health or Master of Science in Public Health degree from an accredited school or program or related degree program
    • Student advisement experience with graduate professional populations
    • Demonstrated experience in the development of partnerships and/or client/stakeholder relations, preferably in the context of service learning
    • Demonstrated ability in event management
    • Evidence of being able to troubleshoot and identify solutions to problems
    • Evidence of excellent written, verbal, data management and facilitation skills
    • Ability to supervise student personnel
    • Demonstrated cultural humility
