    JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversees department-wide technology projects. Works with departments to understand user requirements. Proposes technical solutions. Gathers information and provides estimates for project completion. Contacts and manages relations with outside contractors for project completion. Coordinates project from proposal stage through installation.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of experience in implementing technical requirements to support business applications OR a bachelor's degree and three years of experience in implementing technical requirements to support business applications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Five years of experience in systems and/or application administration
    • Experience in instructional technology support in higher education is preferred
    • Knowledge of technical project management
    • Knowledge in relevant scripting/programming languages such as SQL, VBS, and PowerShell
    • Experience with audio and video signal switching and processing
    • Experience with facilities management and construction
    • Technical skills related to the administration of Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint.
    • Knowledge of the applications and design of current classroom audiovisual and multimedia technology
    • Strong skills in configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware
    • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
    • Ability to perform duties off hours when system crises arise or during scheduled maintenance
