    JOB DESCRIPTION:

     

    Provides customer service, operational, and executive office access support for select locations at Emory University.

    • Provides excellent customer service to greet, assist and direct guests.
    • Maintains situational awareness and vigilance for any suspicious activity associated with employees, students, contractors and visitors moving through designated buildings.
    • Notifies Emory Police Department (EPD) of any suspicious activity.
    • May complete in-service training, as assigned. Provides general office and event support, as needed.  Performs related responsibilities as required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    High School Diploma or equivalent. Law enforcement or corporate security experience preferred.

     

    Excellent customer service skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite of products. Must be able to work with confidential and sensitive information.
