JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performs custodial responsibilities such as cleaning, trash removal, special events/room set-ups, door locking/unlocking and supply and equipment transportation.
• Uses cleaning materials and equipment as instructed, maintains an adequate stock of supplies and performs preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment.
• Knows and adheres to federal and state safety regulations.
• Drives utility vehicles and is responsible for their daily inspection, maintenance, safe operation and safeguarding against vandalism or theft.
• Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• One year of custodial work experience.
• May require a valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Some positions in this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop and twist.
