The Associate Director of Graduate Recruiting plays a key role in advancing the Goizueta Business School’s employer engagement and recruiting efforts across graduate populations, e.g., MBA programs and Specialty Master’s students, as well as alumni populations, ensuring tailored employer engagement strategies that meet the unique needs of each group. This position partners closely with account managers and employer representatives to deliver a seamless, high-quality recruiting experience for both employers and students, supporting in-person and virtual recruiting initiatives from planning through execution.
