The Integrated Memory Care practice is seeking a full-time dementia care assistant for their growing team. The IMC, established as a new model of care for people living with dementia in 2015, is expanding its reach to include not only a clinic but also care in senior living communities. The dementia care assistant will provide companion services to program participants in their senior living community. The IMCC (www.emoryhealthcare.org/imcc) is an advanced primary care model for people with a dementia diagnosis, managing everything from a runny nose to hypertension and urinary tract infections along with the cognitive and behavioral symptoms of dementia.
